We offer everything from Dry Red Wine to Semi-Sweet White Wines, Fruit Wines, Sparkling Wines, even a Dessert Wine!

                 Breezy Hills Edelweiss, winner of over 25 awards, including “Best of Class 2019!”      

 

Dry Red Wines

TAMARACK RED (“tam-a-rack”):  A medium bodied dry red wine from a blend of St. Croix and Frontenac grapes.  Aged in oak barrels.  Serve at room temperature.

FRONTENAC:  A light bodied dry red aged in American Oak. Hints of vanilla on the nose with a tart berry finish. Pairs well with red meats.  Serve at room temperature.

ST CROIX (“saint croy”):  A smoky dry red wine from St Croix grapes.  Smooth finish with light American oak.  Serve with your best red meat entrées and barbecued pork.   

DE CHAUNAC (“deh-shaw-nac”): Premium varietal dry red wine.  Aged in American oak barrels.  Nice fruity, “Chianti like” finish that pairs well with Asian foods and dark chocolates.   

 

Semi-Dry Wines

FRONTENAC ROSE (“row-zay”) A rosé wine from our Frontenac grapes with hints of berries on the nose and plumy – cherry finish.  Serve slightly chilled with baked ham or chocolate cake.

LA CROSSEAn off-dry white wine from La Crosse grapes.  Fruity on the nose with hints of peach and apricot on the palate, with a pear and apple finish.  Serve chilled. Currently unavailable online. 

 

Semi-Sweet Wines

TRES HERMANAS (“trace air-mah-nus”): A semi-sweet blend of cool climate white grapes with citrus overtones and a crisp finish.  Serve with salads, chicken, cheesecake, and Asian dishes.    

5 O’CLOCK SOMEWHERE:  A semi sweet blend of Marechal Foch and Edelweiss grapes with hints of berries on the nose and a wonderful strawberry finish.  Serve chilled.   

 

Sweet Red Wines

MISBEHAVIN’: A semi-sweet blush from Concord and Edelweiss grapes.  This wine is not intended to promote promiscuous behavior!  Serve chilled.     

CABANA BOY:  Have your very own cabana boy!  From St Croix and Concord grapes, a full bodied sweet red wine.  Serve chilled. 

 

Sweet White Wines

BRIANNA: From Brianna grapes, hints of tropical fruits on the nose finishing with honey and pear flavors.  Serve with lighter fares – chicken salad, cheese, and dessert. 

EDELWEISS (“aye-del-vise”): From Edelweiss grapes, hints of tropical fruits on the nose finishing with a hint of mango and pineapple flavors.  Serve with sharp cheese, light pasta entrees, chicken, pork or dessert.     

VIGNOLES: From Vignoles grapes exhibiting a wonderful pineapple nose and a smooth fruity finish with hints of peach and apricot.  Serve with cheeses, desserts, or as a social wine. 

 

Fruit Wines

CHERRY:  Made from tart Montmorency cherry juice and sweetened to perfection.  Serve with main entrées, desserts, or as a social wine.    

RASPBERRY Smell the full raspberry aroma and taste the unmistakable flavor.  A BHV favorite, served chilled with chocolate desserts, cheesecakes, and other delectable favorites.     

BLACKBERRY: This is a very nice and sweet dessert style wine.  Serve chilled with chocolates, desserts, cheesecakes, and other delectable favorites.     

CRANBERRYA pleasant, sweet start with a crisp and tart finish.  Serve with main entrées, desserts, or as a social wine.   

RHUBARB: Wonderful rhubarb aromas on the nose with a crisp, semi-sweet rhubarb flavor on the palate. Perfect with white meats, holiday dinners, or as a social wine. 

 

Sparkling Wine

SPARKLING ROSE: A semi-dry bubbly rosé made in Méthode Champenoise style.  This bubbly has a wonderfully crisp start and finishes with berries on the palate.

SPARKLING CUVEE: (“coo – vay”) A semi-sweet white sparkling wine made in Méthode Champenoise style.  From Catawba and Edelweiss grapes, this bubbly has a floral aroma with hints of tropical fruit in the finish.  Pairs with almost anything!
